Sales Professional - Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) Solutions

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team and drive the market expansion of our cutting-edge Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) solutions. As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies to promote and sell our AMR products to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries for AMR solutions.
    • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategies.
  2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
    • Conduct outreach to key decision-makers to introduce and promote AMR solutions.
  3. Sales Presentations:
    • Deliver compelling and customized presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our AMR solutions.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to address client inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions.
  4. Proposal Development:
    • Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing, terms, and contract negotiations.
    • Work closely with the sales support team to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.
  5. Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Establish rapport with new clients, understanding their specific requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  6. Sales Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline development, lead conversion rates, and revenue targets.
    • Provide regular updates on sales activities with the management team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Education:
    • Post Secondary degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field a plus.
  2. Experience:
    • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on computers, automation or robotics solutions.
    • Familiarity with Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) or similar technologies is a plus.
  3. Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  4. Negotiation Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and marketing teams.
  6. Adaptability:
    • Willingness to learn, coupled with ability to adapt to evolving market trends and technological advancements.
  7. Travel:
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales activities.
