Sales Professional - Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) Solutions

As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies to promote and sell our AMR products to prospective clients. Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries for AMR solutions.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategies.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct outreach to key decision-makers to introduce and promote AMR solutions.
- Sales Presentations:
- Deliver compelling and customized presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our AMR solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address client inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing, terms, and contract negotiations.
- Work closely with the sales support team to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Establish rapport with new clients, understanding their specific requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Sales Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline development, lead conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities with the management team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education:
- Post Secondary degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on computers, automation or robotics solutions.
- Familiarity with Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) or similar technologies is a plus.
- Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Negotiation Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
